Busy busy girl!

Abigail has had a busy week. We spent most of the week at Gramma's house and mom is lucky enough to usually get a daily photo or video of what Abigail is doing. Then the weekend was filled with errands and Aunt Chelsea's Bridal Shower.

Mom and Abigail started a gymboree class so that will be a fun event for us each week. Abby was the youngest in class but she still had a great time. She was mesmerized by the bubbles and even enjoyed tummy time on the mirror with the brightly colored balls. We also stopped by and visited dad at work. Abby got to meet lots of daddy's coworkers, tho she slept through it all.

We are weighing just about 7.13oz. Soooo close to 8 lbs! I feel pretty confident we will reach 8 lbs before our 2 month check up!

I noticed yesterday that our head control is getting better and better. She is still not a huge fan of tummy time but if you hold her up on your shoulder she will hold her head up and look around quite a bit. Dad has taken a few headbutts to the jaw which hasn't made him too happy.

We went to Hagerstown on Sunday for Aunt Chelsea's shower. Abigail had a great time. I don't think she had a moment to herself! Dad thought he would be watching her most of the time but he really didn't have to do much at all.

The best part of the past week has been our smiles! We are getting more and more smiles and they are by far the cutest thing I have ever seen. Some of the pictures are from our iPhones so they aren't great but you can get a pretty good idea of our cute smile!


Abigail loves taking a snooze in her swing. But I absolutely love the hands behind the head look.

This is the closest that Jack has ever been to Abigail. He didn't realize when I pushed him to lay down what was right behind him. Let's just say it didn't take long for him to bolt!

Aunt Chelsea's shower pics...Abigail got to meet lots of family and friends on Sunday. She spent quite a bit of time with Great-grandma Mauriello. Great-grandpa Mauriello was sad he didn't get to come and meet Abigail so we will have to arrange another trip soon.
