Looks like this will be mommy's last week at home with Abigail. Mom is sad to not be able to stay at home but is looking forward to getting back into a routine.
Abigail has done quite a bit of growing this week. Its hard to say from one dirty diaper to the next exactly what she weighs but I think we are right around 7 lbs! Finally the size we should have been when we came out! I am noticing that she is getting a little "weight" to her which is fantastic! One more pound to go until we can use the sling and mom is super excited about that!
We are excited for better weather so that we can start to get outside more and to try out some of our summer clothes!
Abigail is doing great with her head control and is starting to look around more and do more "talking" instead of crying. Tho there is still plenty of the crying! She is sleeping pretty well at night in her bassinet. We do about 4 hour stretches so it really means only getting up once in the middle of the night if everything times out right.
Gramma is on vacation this week getting nice and relaxed for her babysitting duties. We had a few practice days last week, which was good for mom and gramma since mom forgot the bottles one day and had to run back home and get them! Oops!
Abigail has had a few more visitors and is still sleeping through most everyone's visits. She loves to cuddle and take a nap on anyones shoulder.
